    Letter from the CEO

I wanted to send this out to you before you start to see a bunch of the public announcements on our fundraise.

3 years ago, we launched CommerceIQ with the dream of building an Operating System that could help brands grow their ecommerce business across all major geographies and retailers.

We intentionally took a technology-first approach as we knew that empowering our customers with AI and automations would always outperform any agency or consulting shop which executes everything manually. Over this period of time, we built and launched great products and services, acquired and retained strong brands as our customers , built out a team that now stands at 110+ and grew our ARR at triple-digit pace in 2019 and 2020.

Our hard work has paid off. Today, I am so incredibly proud to announce that we have  raised $60mm to continue to help the world’s most iconic brands win in the world of ecommerce. Put another way, we now have 60 million new ways to help our customers win. =D

The pandemic stress tested us on so many fronts. Many of our team members (particularly those in India, who are still not out of the woods) have gone through a very difficult personal journey. From a business perspective, we’ve all seen that if a company wasn’t adding real value to their customers, they were cut. Through all of your hard work, we’ve earned the right to have a growing list of world class customers who voted with their wallets by choosing to partner with us. They chose us to be by their side during a period of transformation that has never been seen before in history.

It’s always easy for the CEO to take the public credit for these grand fundraise announcements. The reality is that none of this would have been possible without all of the hard work and sacrifice you have had to make to get us here.

From the bottom of my heart – thank you.

While I’m excited with the new vote of confidence from our investors and the additional resources that we now have to grow, let’s continue to keep our eyes on what matters – help our customers win every single day.
